Purchase Options

Rush the Gap products are available in a range of purchase quantities, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your training and fuelling needs.

By placing an order, you confirm that the products, quantities and delivery details selected are correct.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, provided your order has not yet been processed, dispatched or prepared for fulfilment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In this situation, you may still be entitled to return the product in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer rights.

If your order has already been prepared or dispatched before we receive your cancellation request, we may be unable to stop the delivery.

Incorrect Orders

Please check your order confirmation carefully after completing your purchase. If you have selected the wrong product or quantity, contact us as soon as possible so that we can determine whether the order can still be amended before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Recurring or Subscription Purchases

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, Rush the Gap products are sold as one-off purchases and do not automatically renew or result in recurring charges.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Where promotional offers or discount codes are available, any specific terms and conditions relating to the offer will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Discount codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.
